SIM S.A. collects and processes personal data in order to be able to provide its products. Where it complies with the requirements of the New Regulation that has reformed the protection of personal data, the company has drawn up this notification. At first, our intention is to inform you based on this notification on the data that we collect from you and the means of processing these data. Moreover, our primary goal is that you understand your rights in order to facilitate the exercise thereof.

SIM S.A. provides its products through its store but also through the network of its associates.

The customers that wish to contact SIM S.A. online should state their name and contact information (email and telephone) in the provided form.

This information is sent to SIM S.A. by automated email messages through the website that has been developed and maintained by the company of Konstantinos Vasileios – dnnZONE Web Services and is hosted by the company of Konstantinos Vasileios – dnnZONE Web Services.

SIM S.A. uses cookies during your browsing. Cookies are small files with information that the website (and in particular its server) stores on the computer of the user so as each time that the user logs in to be able to retrieve this information and provide the user with the relevant services. The cookies we use store only this information that are necessary for statistics on the number of visits and the operability of our website.

Use and disclosure of the collected personal data

We process the personal data that we have collected exclusively in order to provide you with our products and services.

If you have either opted-in or your have expressly consented thereto, we process your data also in order to send you promotional material via email so as to inform you on our new products and offers.

SIM S.A. does not disclose your data to any third party with the exception of the agencies that deliver our products. In such case we ensure that we provide only the information that is necessary for the supply of our products to you and in fact we ensure that we work with reliable companies that also protect your data and do not use them for any other purpose.

Upon deletion of your online account with SIM S.A., the latter ceases to keep your stored data regarding this account and in case we terminate our collaboration we delete all your data notwithstanding those that we are require to keep by law.

Your rights

 The law provides for certain rights and choices that we at SIM S.A. commit to satisfy. So, we can ask us to:

• Inform you on the information that we keep on you and the way we process it. If you wish so, we will also provide you with a copy free of charge (Right of access).
• Rectify any inaccuracies or errors, supplement or update your information (Right to rectification).
• Erase information since we do not keep it for a certain, legal and declared purpose (Right of erasure – Right “to be forgotten
• Restrict the processing a) in case you contest the accuracy of the information, b) in case you consider the processing unlawful (but you do not wish for the erasure of the information), c) when the information is not necessary for the purpose of the processing and d) for as long as it is questioned whether the legitimate grounds of the processing override those raised by you in order to abstain from the processing.
• Object on grounds relating to your particular situation at any time to the processing of your personal data carried out by us especially for direct marketing or profiling. You may also object to a decision concerning your situation that has been made solely on automated decision making. In this last case you can demand that you are allowed to intervene (Right to object – Automated individual decision making).
• Provide you with your data in a structured form (machine readable) or transfer them directly upon your instructions when of course that is technically feasible (Right to portability)
• Abstain from processing your data from now on by giving you the possibility to withdraw your consent freely.
